Özkan Kundura, which started its operations as a shoe store in 1954, has become one of the largest manufacturers of military, police and work safety shoes in the Turkish shoe industry over the years.
The production, which started in 1978, turned into a giant production facility with a closed area of 13.000m2 in 1995. As a result of our investment in machinery, equipment and robot technology, the annual production capacity has reached 1,600,000 pairs. Our company is capable of producing ready-made soles, single and double color rubber injection, TPU/PU or polyurethane double density injection and goodyear welt production forms. In addition to these, since the end of 2004, GORE-TEX® licensed military cold climate boots have started to be produced.
In addition to technology investments, our company is sensitively focused on production and system quality. All of the EN ISO 20345 safety shoes standard tests, as well as chemical, physical and functional tests for military use can be carried out in the quality laboratories established within the company. .
